James cameron Centre, Linetree Av Inverness at Mon 10 sept 7.00 P.M. A talk by Tina Morrow Of the Highlands careers Project Advocacy Service. Tina will talk about the project and her role as an advocate and how she can support parents / careers of ADHD youngsters. There will be plenty of time for questions.

Speaker Anita Evans on the Highland Carers Project advocacy service based in Rossshire

Anita will talk about her role as an advocate and how she can support the parent/carers of ADHD yongsters in making sure their views, opinions and wishes are heard in a variety of situations including school liason group meetings and regular review sessions.

Next E ross meeting Mon 12 Nov same time and place. Speaker Stephan Iliffe, Senior Manager of the Additional Support needs team. He will advise on his department and its role within the new Council Structure and how this might streamline services for our families

We are now reorganizing our horse riding outing for Sun 30 sept. This will probably be a Borlum Farm at drumnadrochit. We are in the process of arranging transport from East Ross and Hopefully Speyside. We will will need to be there for 12.00 and children will need separated into two groups. Other activities may be available as well. Could you please print out the form and fill in and return to Susie ASAP or phone or e-mail. If you haven't already payed it please also forward your membership fee of £10. If you don't have a form please let Susie know.
